Production Flow

What we do and how we do it.

Stag Print Process

Step 1: Printing
The artwork and our technical know-how is used to plan the job. We use our Litho printing machine for long runs, or our Digital machine for short runs. All our paper stocks and consumables are sourced from responsible sources.

Step 2: Special Effects
A number of special effects can be applied to the print: Lamination, Foiling, Spot UV, Screen Print, or Embossing.

Step 3: Finishing
The finishing process can involve die-cutting or creasing, saddle stitching, PUR binding, or simply just guillotine trimming. Additional finishing steps include folding and gluing.

Step 4: Products
Our product list includes: Boxes, Sleeves, Bookmarks, Presentation Folders, Stapled Brochures, Perfect Bound Brochures (PUR), Flyers, Leaflets, Newsletters, Letterheads and Business Cards. See our Gallery for examples of our work.

Step 5: Despatch
We despatch the finished products directly to your requested address, or we also offer a GDPR-complaint Direct Mail service if you wish to post marketing material directly to your customers.
