Concerns around climate change continue to grow apace; and rightly so.

There are many global initiatives backed by high profile personalities receiving media coverage and support, but we shouldn’t forget the smaller local organisations who are also making an impact.

Tillingbourne.Earth is one of them. Based in Surrey and connected by the Tillingbourne River which runs from the villages of Leith Hill to Shalford, they are a growing community of people taking action to tackle climate change and biodiversity loss in the local area.

Their activities are varied and include litter picking groups, tips on how to become an eco-school, thermal imaging advice for your home or office, how to eat greener and make your gardens greener spaces. They even have an outdoor cinema launching this Spring.

They do all this with one main objective “To act to reduce the carbon footprint and increase biodiversity, sustainability and environment of the Tillingbourne Valley.”

Hats off to them! So, when they approached us asking to print some posters, we agreed without hesitation to print them for free on 100% recycled paper.

At Stag Print we are always looking for ways to protect our planet and fully embrace the opportunity to work with other like-minded organisations. We have our own established environmental policy and only use 100% paper and board from responsible sources that are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) accredited. Therefore, working with Tillingbourne.Earth is a perfect match, and we wish them well in their very worthy endeavours.
